This year sees some new and refreshed awards, to better reflect the outstanding work being done in WA. There is a new dedicated Social Media category, and redefining of some existing awards - including Digital and Tech, Brand Strategy and Campaign Strategy.
The Digital and Tech category shines a spotlight on WA’s digital industry – its ability to foster new talent and champion industry best practices. Technical artistry, design, coding, and digital innovation. The digital advertising awards recognise MarTech and digital marketing campaigns that drive results and engagement. Websites, tools, and app entries will be evaluated on design, performance, effectiveness, digital transformation, accessibility, SEO, and content.
Choose one category or enter a project across multiple awards – you can win in more than one category. And don’t forget the Communications Crafts, and Diamond Skulls for individual talents.
The judging panel this year comes from the best of Australia and NZ’s creative industry, including a well-known face as our chair of judges. With a local line-up, your work will looked at with a local context in mind, upholding the standards of commercial creativity our national industry expects. You work will get in front of specialist judges who understand your work the best.
Whether you’re an agency, in-house team, independent creative professional, or emerging talent, time is ticking. The deadline for entries is 23rd August (with a cheeky extension available. Judging commences in early September. Winners will be announced at thePerth Advertising and Design Club 2024 Skulls Awards night held on Friday, 15th November.
