Jac+Jack Drives 19% Revenue Growth with Pattern’s Performance-Focused Ecommerce Strategy

Pattern's Conversion-Focused Strategy Boosts Jac+Jack's Ecommerce Revenue by 19%

Jac+Jack, an iconic Australian designer brand known for its minimalist designs defined by style and ease, has achieved significant growth in a demanding retail landscape by partnering with global ecommerce accelerator, Pattern.

Over the past six months, Jac+Jack has experienced a 19% increase in ecommerce revenue compared to the same period last year, driven by Pattern’s strategic shift towards conversion-focused digital marketing.

As economic pressures impact consumer spending, Jac+Jack recognised the need to enhance the efficiency of their marketing investments. They turned to Pattern to transform their approach, rebalancing their marketing focus from primarily focussed on brand awareness to strategies across the funnel to drive conversions.

This shift, combined with Pattern’s expertise in performance marketing across paid search, paid social, SEO, and CRM, has yielded impressive results. In addition to a 19% year-on-year revenue increase, Jac+Jack has also experienced a 26% growth in total unique site users, expanding the pool of potential shoppers for the business to convert.

“Partnering with Pattern has allowed us to streamline and elevate our digital approach,”

said Alara Berisha, Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager at Jac+Jack.

“Previously, we were handling our online marketing with a broader brand awareness focus. Since joining forces with Pattern and becoming more strategic about converting online browsers into paying customers, we’ve seen a remarkable transformation in our digital performance and an incremental revenue gain.”

By prioritising high-intent audiences, Pattern implemented an agile strategy, redirecting ad spend from top-of-funnel awareness on platforms like Facebook to mid-and bottom-funnel activities on Google. This pivot led to a 53% year-over-year increase in revenue generated by search engine marketing (SEM). Pattern’s tailored Google Performance Max campaigns, which segmented audiences by gender and product type, lead to a significant boost in conversion rates.

“With Jac+Jack, our goal was to maximise every dollar by targeting high-intent consumers and engaging them with relevant messaging,”

said Bianca Robinson, Client & Operations Director at Pattern.

“By structuring campaigns around specific products and audiences, we delivered measurable results that have accelerated Jac+Jack’s growth trajectory.”

Pattern also introduced AI-driven feed optimisation to Jac+Jack’s digital strategy, enhancing product visibility through improved titles and descriptions. This optimisation delivered a 2.5% increase in click-through rates, a 46% reduction in cost-per-click, and a 21% boost in free listing visibility. These changes enabled Jac+Jack to reach more consumers while optimising ad spend.

“Our collaboration with Pattern has equipped us to navigate today’s unpredictable retail environment,”

Berisha added.

“Their data-driven agility allows us to shift our focus as needed, whether it’s moving from awareness channels to conversion-focused ones or scaling budgets responsively. This adaptability has been crucial for our sustained growth.”

Looking ahead, Jac+Jack plans to deepen their digital marketing efforts in partnership with Pattern, with an emphasis on A/B testing and new ad formats. The brand is also exploring differentiated strategies for its menswear and womenswear lines, ensuring tailored engagement across its customer segments.

“Our partnership with Pattern has not only amplified our online presence but has allowed us to reimagine how we engage our customers,”

said Berisha

“We’re excited to continue this momentum and are confident Pattern’s expertise will propel us forward in the coming year.”
