Design Bridge and Partners Welcomes Strategic Veteran Charlie Lowe as APAC Chief Strategy Officer
Design Bridge and Partners (DBP), a global leader in brand design and strategy, announces the appointment of Charlie Lowe as APAC Chief Strategy Officer, effective immediately. With over 15 years of experience driving transformative results for iconic global brands, Lowe will lead the agency's strategic vision across the APAC region.

During his decade-long tenure at Ogilvy, Lowe built an extensive portfolio working across major global hubs including Melbourne, Beijing, Singapore, and New York. His collaborative work with leading brands such as IBM, VW, Nestlé, British Airways, InterContinental Hotels, and Huawei earned multiple accolades, including Effies and a Webby Award for strategic excellence.
Following his return to Singapore, Lowe's leadership as Strategy Head at McCann Worldgroup SEA catalysed significant growth for the agency. He spearheaded major new business wins, securing global and regional campaigns. His strategic direction contributed to McCann Worldgroup being named Integrated Marketing Agency of the Year.

In his role as APAC Chief Strategy Officer, Lowe will oversee DBP's strategic capabilities across the region, ensuring world-class delivery fully integrated within the global strategy community. Working in close collaboration with regional leads and the global CSO, he will focus on elevating the agency's strategic offering while spearheading key client projects. His extensive experience in corporate branding, brand transformation, and integrated strategy will be instrumental in shaping the agency's approach to creating meaningful brand interactions.
Throughout his career, Lowe has established himself as a thought leader in the industry, serving as an APAC Effies Judge and Singapore Effies Judge in 2023 and 2024. He co-authored the influential Global Effie paper 5 for 50 Anniversary Effie Award and has garnered numerous recognitions including APAC and North America Effies Awards and a Webby Award.
